Inquiry form and website email
When you submit an inquiry, Meichyl.com collects the name, email address, service interest, and message you provide. WordPress also records submission details such as the time, source page, IP address, and browser information. Inquiries are stored in WordPress and used to respond to your request and manage related correspondence.
Website email notifications are sent through the site owner’s Gmail account using WP Mail SMTP and Google’s Gmail API. This connection is authorized by the site owner; visitors do not need to connect their Google accounts. Inquiry notification content is processed by Google as part of email delivery. The website stores the credentials needed to maintain the authorized email connection.
Please provide only a brief overview in the inquiry form. Do not submit medical records or other sensitive personal information through it.

Booking, payments and remote sessions
MDAS uses Cal.com to receive appointment requests and manage scheduling. When you book, Cal.com processes the name, email address, selected service, appointment time and other booking information you provide. A phone number is requested for telephone check-ins. Booking information is used to verify your email, review and confirm appointments, send scheduling messages and provide session details. Appointments are added to the site owner’s connected Google Calendar.
Payments for paid bookings are processed through Stripe. Payment information is entered through the payment provider’s checkout. Meichyl uses booking and payment-status information to administer services and eligible refunds.
Remote video appointments use Cal Video where shown in the booking. Please provide only the information needed for scheduling and leave out medical records and sensitive personal details in public forms and booking notes.
