What We Can Explore Together
You may be navigating a transition, questioning inherited expectations, noticing familiar patterns, or seeking a clearer relationship with your own beliefs and priorities. S.R.C. creates room to explore those questions without prescribing who you should become.
Our conversations can focus on:
- Meaning, identity, and the values shaping your choices.
- Recurring experiences and the interpretations you bring to them.
- Spiritual questions, personal sovereignty, and your relationship with expectations.
- Communication, boundaries, and decisions that reflect your priorities.
You bring the questions that matter to you. The direction can develop as the conversation unfolds.
An Engaged Coaching Relationship
Meichyl brings his interdisciplinary perspective in business development, herbal medicine, and integrative health sciences to the coaching relationship. He facilitates reflective dialogue, offers observations and perspective, helps examine assumptions, and works with you to connect insights with intentional next steps.
This is active, collaborative work. You can question a perspective, disagree with an interpretation, or decide that a different direction is more useful. Meichyl contributes to the conversation; you retain authority over your beliefs, decisions, and life.
S.O.U.R.C.E.: The Framework Behind the Conversation
Spiritually Obfuscated Understandings of Recursive Cognitive Emergence
S.O.U.R.C.E. is Meichyl’s conceptual framework for exploring how interpretations, recurring experiences, and evolving self-understanding relate to one another. In conversation, this can mean noticing a familiar experience, exploring the meaning you assign to it, and considering how that understanding shapes what you notice or choose next.
S.R.C. is the coaching service. S.O.U.R.C.E. is the conceptual framework that may inform the dialogue. It offers a lens for exploration, while your experiences and interpretations remain open to discussion. You do not need to adopt its terminology or share a particular spiritual belief to participate.
Your Sovereignty, Consent, and Boundaries
Your cognition, spiritual outlook, communication style, and lived experience deserve respect. There is no prescribed identity or belief system you must conform to.
You choose what to share and what to explore. You may decline a topic or exercise, request a different pace or communication approach, pause, or redirect the conversation. Consent is ongoing. Goals and boundaries are discussed together, and your self-determination remains central throughout the relationship.

How We Begin
- Get oriented. Read Understanding Coaching to learn about the relationship, each person’s responsibilities, boundaries, and your choices.
- Meet for your initial consultation. Request the included 30-minute conversation to discuss your goals, questions, communication preferences, and whether S.R.C. is a suitable fit.
- Review and consent. If you wish to proceed, review the applicable S.R.C. agreement and acknowledgments, ask questions, and complete the required consent and signatures before coaching begins.
- Choose your engagement and request a time. Select a $150 individual session or the $1,500 twelve-hour intensive. Payment is collected through Stripe when you submit the paid booking request.
- Receive confirmation. Meichyl reviews and confirms the appointment. Your confirmed appointment includes remote-session details. Intensive appointments are scheduled in mutually agreed increments. Meichyl checks the remaining coaching balance and confirms each appointment; scheduling does not itself deduct coaching time.

Questions Before You Begin
Do I need particular spiritual beliefs?
No. You may bring religious, spiritual, secular, uncertain, or changing perspectives. You do not need to adopt Meichyl’s beliefs or endorse S.O.U.R.C.E. The conversation respects individual cognitive and spiritual differences.
What happens during a session?
We begin with what you want to explore. Meichyl helps develop the conversation through reflection, observations, questions, and perspective. Together, you can examine interpretations, consider choices, and identify next steps that fit your priorities. You decide which insights or actions are useful to you.
How long is a session, and what does it cost?
An individual session is 60 minutes for $150. The intensive is twelve coaching hours for $1,500, a $300 saving against twelve standard one-hour sessions. Scheduling is flexible by mutual agreement. The one-time 30-minute initial consultation is separate from both the individual session and intensive hours.
How is intensive time tracked?
Meichyl maintains an administrative record of purchased hours, completed coaching time, scheduled appointments, approved adjustments and remaining time. Completed coaching time is deducted from the twelve-hour allocation. The initial consultation and complimentary courtesy extensions are not deducted. Any additional paid time must be agreed beforehand; no overrun is charged automatically.
Must I meet every week?
No. This is a flexible twelve-hour engagement. You and Meichyl agree on appointment lengths and timing, subject to availability. The completion target is sixteen weeks from your first coaching session. Discuss any unused hours with Meichyl; no automatic forfeiture applies.
When do I pay?
For the pay-in-full intensive, $1,500 is paid through Stripe with the enrollment booking request after consultation and agreement review. Individual-session payment remains $150 with its booking request. Your appointment requires Meichyl’s confirmation. Orientation, consultation, and review of the applicable agreement come first. The initial consultation is available before payment, with no charge if you decide not to proceed.
Can I decline a topic or exercise?
Yes. You can decline, disagree, ask questions, pause, or redirect the conversation. Discuss boundaries and communication preferences with Meichyl, and revisit them whenever needed.
How do remote sessions work?
Coaching sessions and the initial consultation use Cal Video. Appointment details are provided with confirmation; requesting a time alone does not confirm an appointment.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
For an individual session, cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Cancel the intensive with at least 48 hours’ notice before your next session. A $50 cancellation fee applies. Completed coaching time is recalculated at $150 per hour; the remaining balance from your $1,500 payment is refunded after those deductions. Refunds are reviewed and processed manually. Email meichyljaymz@gmail.com to request cancellation and a refund. No automatic forfeiture of unused hours is applied at the sixteen-week completion target.
Can I pay in installments?
An installment option is being prepared for owner approval. It is not available for enrollment until its payment schedule, deposit, due dates and terms have been approved.
How do I begin?
Read the coaching orientation, then request your initial consultation. We will discuss your goals, questions, and next steps before you choose a paid engagement.
